Team Pastry Australia is looking for interested professionals to represent Australia at the Asian Pastry Cup 2016, leading to the Coupe du Monde (World Pastry Cup) in France, in 2017.
The Asian Pastry Cup is a prestigious competition within itself, and is the official competition at which Asian Oceania teams are pre-selected to compete on the world stage.
The team is made up of a coach and two competitors, who will compete across eight hours to produce either one chocolate showpiece and two gateaux, or one sugar showpiece and four plated desserts.
