Tour attendees will experience the areas used to grow, harvest, ferment and dry cocoa beans as well as final production of chocolate. There will also be leisure activities included of local sites of interest.

During February, March and April this year, Callebaut and F. Mayer Imports will give its Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia customers an opportunity to win a place on this tour.

To enter, customers must send the original Callebaut label from selected Callebaut chocolate products to F. Mayer’s New South Wales office. For more information about entering the competition contact Gary Willis.

Winners from each state will be drawn live at Foodservice Exhibition held in Sydney in May 2012.
