Perth-based bakery Great Temptations is set to partner with Coles Express in a move that will see 200 of the Australian Coles Express stores stocking the company’s two-pack orange and poppy seed muffins and two-pack chocolate brownies.
Great Temptations already supplies its treats to independent suppliers, but this is the first time its products will be available across a national portfolio of stores.
The orange and poppyseed muffins are soft sponge cakes and the chocolate brownies are chocolate cake with chocolate chips. Both come in two-packs and can be found in the convenience aisles.
Great Temptations managing director Carl Quarrell said, “We’re really delighted to be supplying Coles Express stores nationally. Having a national presence in Coles Express adds another dimension to our brand. The more places our customers can find our product the better.”

While I’m in hotel quarantine in Sydney I’m getting one of your orange and poppyseed muffins 50g each morning. There is a long list of ingredients on the package but no Nutrition Information panel indicating kJ per serving. Can you tell me why? The packaging states “made in Australia”. That is good, but does not say what % of Australian ingredients. Why?

Hi Jeff, you would need to contact the manufacturer directly for this information. Hope your quarantine was otherwise uneventful!
