Good Things Come In Threes For Infinity Bakery

Combining an artisan bakery and café, Infinity Bakery has opened its third store on the outskirts of Sydney’s CBD.

The site, located on Oxford Street in Paddington, will be the bread hub for the business, producing the full range of sourdough bread, turkish bread, ciabatta and brioche for Infinity Bakery’s outlets in Paddington, Darlinghurst and Manly. It will also supply more than 100 cafés, restaurants and retailers.

The brand was taken over by brother-and-sister-team, Sophie and William Petersen, in 2008, with the pair searching for the new site for nearly two years.

“It’s important to us to be part of the local community, close to our wholesale clients, many of who are from inner city, eastern and inner western suburbs,” Sophie said.
