Cacao recently revealed its collaboration with Australian fashion designer Leona Edmiston for her 2012 Spring/Summer Collection. Cacao master chocolatier Tim Clark brought Leona’s amazing designs to life with chocolate in amazing storefront displays in GPO Melbourne and the St Kilda flagship store.
It took Tim just over 150 hours to create these intricate chocolate adornments, which are made with 40kg of 100 per cent Belgium chocolate and completely natural colouring.
