The Annual Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology (AIFST) Convention will focus on what food and allied industries can be doing today that will help solve some of the problems we foresee for the future.
The event is being held at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre on 10-13 July, 2011. The AIFST Convention topics address environment and sustainability; safety and risk; food choices; nutrition and food fashion.
Expert presentations include retail trends, product development, the food famine, innovation, and subjects pertinent to dairy. The Sunday workshops address China market opportunities and product development for that region.
The convention will also offer the latest information important to food technologists and scientists, sales and marketing, food educationalists, nutritionists, retailers, management and those in other food-related positions.
FoodPro 2011 runs simultaneously at the same venue.
