Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses is celebrating the launch of its first ever Drive-Thru store, which opened on May 11 at South Morang in Victoria.
Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses CEO Steve Plarre said the new store roll-out will feature new in-store branding which has a fresh look and will allow for further store growth and franchisee opportunities.
“Aussie commuters can now enjoy one of our famous pies, a fresh vanilla slice and barista made coffee without even leaving the car,” Steve said.
“There is a real focus on speed and service at the drive thru window, with best-in-class processes that will lay the foundations for our 10-Star Drive Thru Franchise System. There is also an exciting new range of cold drink options including fresh frappes, pressed juice over ice and our amazing new Cake Shakes.
“We will be using the opening of the first concept store to optimise the customer experience and embed it in future drive-thru locations. We’ve already ear-marked a number of locations for development.”
