The Vanrooy Open Day
On March 17 from 12pm, the Vanrooy Head Office in Dandenong South will be open for bakers, pastry chefs, and chocolatiers to see the latest in quality baking equipment.
This year’s event’s focus is on waste reduction, environmental impact and how we can implement these strategies to improve our businesses.
Interactive demonstrations from special guests will incorporate this topic throughout whilst pairing their creations with fresh and old locally sourced ingredients.
Expect sustainable product taste testing combined with modern product concepts, guest speakers, locally sourced drinks, an opportunity to network and of course, the chance to win Open Day exclusive prizes.
Aitor Zalona and Igor Llordes from Salva and Tommaso Pardo from Roboqbo will be there to help answer any questions you may have about their range and upcoming products.
All attendees will go into the draw for a chance to win the major prize, a Mockmill flour-milling machine; a machine that encompasses the theme and empowers us all to savour nature’s plethora of grains.
Other prizes up for grabs include four flour packs from Lauke and some special door prizes from Timstock, Eustralis, F Mayer, Foodie Finance and Frutex.
