Excellence in Baking South Australia (bread)

Each year apprentice bakers and pastry cooks from all over Australia compete for the prestigious title in The Excellence in Baking

State Competitions dates are now available.

The State Finalists will be flown to compete at the Baking Industry Trade Show in Melbourne in 2024. The official announcement of National Winners will be made at the Excellence in Baking Awards Night.

The bread component of the South Australian Excellence in Baking competition 2024 will take place on February 16, 2024 at Regency TAFE.
