Ramalhos Turboram offers convection ovens suitable for standard 16” and 18” bakery trays. The five or 10 tray models have the capacity to store up to 40 baking programs, with four baking phases each.
The ovens are constructed entirely of stainless steel, with a steam injection system and an electronic control panel with LCD screen. The Ramalhos Turboram have optional provers and stainless steel stands, which can also be customised to suit individual user needs.
