Artisans, shopkeepers, manufacturers and professionals in the bakery and pastry industry will head to Paris in February to attend the major trade show in the sector.

Over four days, the 48,000sqm hall in Paris-Nord Villepinte will bring together more than 500 exhibitors as well as players from the bakery and pastry sector worldwide. The show will be divided into three themes: manufacturing, selling, and managing.

The trade show incorporates europain time the Coupe du monde de la Boulangerie (World Bakery Cup), in which our very own Dean Tilden is competing. Dean’s competing in the Nutritional Bread Making category (the other two categories are Gourmet Baking and Artistic Bread Making). Only 18 candidates from all over the world have been chosen to compete in what’s sure to be a nail-biting event.

Other competitions include the Coupe de France des Ecoles (French School’s Cup) and the International Confectionery Art Competition.
