After a resoundingly successful start with its first store in Darling Square, Sydney, NSW, popular American bakery chain Cinnabon has announced that it will be opening a second store in Parramatta in Western Sydney.
The new franchise has been taken by the franchise owner Helen Fu, who says that the new store, which will be located in Westfield Parramatta, had seen strong demand.
βA lot of our customers are basically like βwhen are you coming out west?β, βcome to Paramattaβ,β Helen told Parra News.
βParramatta is probably the second-largest hub after Sydney CBD, weβve always [been] interested to expand out west, and we couldnβt find a more suitable position than Parramatta.β
The store is currently expected to open in early October and is anticipated to be the biggest Cinnabon in Australia.
βThis store is probably the largest in Australia, all of the ones in Brisbane are small kiosks within other Westfields, and this one is approximately 51 square metres. It is fairly large, weβve got our own little seating area with a feature wall as well that weβre currently designing and building. Itβs really designed for those social media influencers to capture the best of what Cinnabon can offer,β Helen said.
The new Parramatta store will stock the same βclassicβ Cinnabon staples (like the Classic Roll, Caramel PecanBon, and Chocobon), and it will also serve drinks.
