An exciting world-first greeted chocolate lovers at this year’s Fine Food exhibition in Melbourne. Vanrooy Machinery debuted Chocolate World’s brand new integrated Stone Mill, which mesmerised customers and excited chocoholics. A brand-new concept, the integrated Stone Mill is designed to continuously spin inside a Chocolate World CW60 Tempering Machine, using the stonerollers to constantly refine the chocolate.

Benji Van Rooy says, “it was touch and go whether the machine was even going to be ready in time for its launch at Fine Food. Chocolate World managed to get the machine to us just days before the show and we were very excited for all our customers to see this innovation in action.”

The new integrated Stone Mill is a one-of-a-kind concept that was years in the making and is the result of high-profile customer feedback.
