Salva’s R&D team has spent 10 years researching the modular oven, recognised worldwide for its baking quality, flexibility and versatility. The team has now taken the modular oven beyond excellence.

Using a power master control system, the NXE is able to operate at 33 per cent below nominal power while producing better baking results and lower energy consumption.

The new control panel allows you to store up to 100 programs while the E-Future function gives you the opportunity to connect to the internet using any mobile device via Salva Link.

The NXE modular oven is equipped with flexibility in mind. Able to be installed with an inwards-opening baking door, a patisserie door or a pizza door, the NXE is equipped and ready to face anything you throw at it.
