Fine Food WA – Western Australia’s largest foodservice and hospitality exhibition – will once again bring together the state’s top industry professionals with buyers, suppliers and educators from across the country.

This year, the industry-only event has been revamped to include more emphasis on Western Australia’s local and regional suppliers, free business seminars relevant to the state’s food industry, wine matching and a comprehensive range of bakery masterclasses.

Fine Food WA exhibition manager Minnie Constan said the new bakery masterclasses will be a useful addition for baking industry visitors, as well as food professionals interested in expanding their baked goods offer.

“The classes cater to all experience levels from simple cupcake demonstrations to perfecting pies and also include industry news from sponsors and leading bakeries,” she said.

Fine Food WA is set to return April 14-16 to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.
