The 2014 Excellence in Baking National Champion will soon be announced, with the Baking Association of Australia’s (BAA) final state competitions – in the Northern Territory and Tasmania – wrapping up in September and October.

The BAA invites all state winners to attend the National Industry Awards, to be held in Tasmania on November 7, where the 2014 National Champion in Excellence of Baking will be announced for both the bread and pastry categories.
