Artisan-craft tea

St. Regis Bali Resort is celebrating 10 years of excellence with The Quintessential Afternoon Tea Series.

The first instalment of the afternoon tea series ran from May to June and featured Indonesian artist I.B.G Wirage and sweet and savoury delicacies, including freshly baked scones and Balinese treats with a fine tea selection.

Series II: Artisan-Craft Tea with John Hardy Jewellery (pictured) will run until the end of August. The afternoon tea combines John Hardy’s artisan handcrafted jewellery with French Chef Vincent Stopin’s patisserie delicacies.

Series II includes:

– Chain Pendant shortbread cookie inspired by Chain Collection.

– Bamboo yuzu, white chocolate praline, and Balinese pandan sponge inspired by Bamboo collection.

– Naga white chocolate, ginger, chocolate crémeux inspired by the Legends Collection.

– Golden Dot chocolate tuille, mango, passion éclair inspired by the Dot Collection—with no beginning and no end, the symmetrical spheres of the Dot Collection epitomize infinite love and possibility.

Attendees of Series II have a chance to win a John Hardy Modern Chain Brushed Pendant Necklace in sterling silver and 18kt yellow gold, with the winner announced in September.

Future themes of the Quintessential Afternoon Tea Series will be unveiled in the months to come.
