The Ministar steam tube ovens are designed with a stone floor to provide solid heat, ideal for artisan breads, pizzas, pastries and cakes. The ovens, which can be used with both trays and setters, boast a compact shape that can be supplied fully assembled and can be operated on gas, oil, diesel or electricity. A manual loader can also be supplied with the oven, which allows for the loading and unloading of the full chamber.
