Registrations are officially open for Fine Food Australia 2025.
The popular hospitality and foodservice trade show is set to be held from September 8-11, 2025, at the ICC Sydney.
More than 900 exhibitors across 12 categories are already set to attend the tradeshow, which will also have four education stages, four industry competitions, and a full content program of expert panels, live demonstrations, and presentations all designed to inspire and inform.
Fine Food Australia Commercial Product manager Sinead Kavanagh said, “We’re thrilled to be heading back to Sydney with a refreshed vision.
“This year’s show has been curated to reflect the evolving needs of the industry. We’ve introduced new features, revitalised our educational content, and focused more than ever on creating genuine value for both visitors and exhibitors. It’s about sparking ideas and making real business connections.”
One of the standout additions to the program this year is the revamped and revitalised The Artisanal Bakehouse. Across the four days watch top pastry chefs and chocolatiers and pastry chefs as they do live demos and masterclasses.
The Bake Skills competition is another hotly contested element at Fine Food Australia. Watch on as some of the nation’s top apprentice bakers and pastry chefs battle to out in the National Pastry Chef Championship and the National Baking Championship.
The 2024 competition saw Ryan Wu claim the Baker Competition, while Imogen Fearon took out the top gong for pastry.
“My favourite part [of the competition] was the entremet. I made purple entremet with four different layers including a passionfruit and apricot jelly, a crunchy macadamia base, a chocolate brownie, and a Callebaut chocolate macadamia mousse. I finished it with passionfruit mousse domes, a ruby chocolate collar, gold leaf, and beautiful fresh flowers,” Imogen shared post-event.
In addition to being presented with the coveted green jackets and trophies following their win, Ryan and Imogen also jetted off to Germany to visit one of the world’s largest tradeshows, iba, earlier this year.
