The Cake Bake & Sweets Show is about to return to Melbourne and, with major sponsors confirmed, it’s promising to offer more for bakers, decorators and foodies than ever before.
Coles has joined industry sponsors KitchenAid, Blanco, Equal, Bakels and Loyal Bakeware to ensure the show will be a powerful platform for brands looking to reach an audience of predominantly female home cooks, with propensity for spending time in their kitchens.
There’s plenty on offer for professionals in the sector, however, with the jam-packed event set to come alive with dessert superstars from around the country and the world. Baking ‘it girl’ Katherine Sabbath, master of French desserts Pierrick Boyer, chocolate queen Kirsten Tibballs, king of éclairs Tim Clark (pictured) and free-from genius Rowie Dillon are among the impressive local contingent, with a string of international cake artists in tow.
The show is running from Friday, October 23 until Sunday, October 25 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
