Have your say in the Retail Baking Review Project 



A project is underway to review and align existing retail baking project units of competency, skill sets and qualifications from the FDF10 Food Processing Training Package, to industry defined occupational standards.

First drafts of the units of competency, skill sets and qualifications will be available on the Skills Impact website for broad stakeholder consultation and feedback from late March.

For those who would prefer to provide their feedback verbally, a series of face-to-face workshops and two consultation webinars are being arranged. Face-to-face workshops and consultations will be held in the following locations at the times listed.

• WA, Perth (April 4, 10am – 1pm)
• SA, Adelaide (April 5, 10am – 1pm)

Webinar consultations

• April 12 from 10am – 11am
• 13 April from 2.30pm – 3.30pm
