Cacao Barry is offering the chance to win a three-day tarts course at Savour Chocolate and Pâtisserie School with Carles Mampel, from leading Spanish pâtisserie Bubo.

One of the most celebrated pastry chefs in Europe, Carles (pictured) has been captain of the Spanish World Pastry Team and is considered one of the most well-rounded and innovative professionals in the world pastry scene.

Offered to chefs, pastry chefs and chocolatiers within New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, the prize includes flights and accommodation.
