The International Artisan Bakery Expo, June 22-24, 2021, is the second annual event developed to bring the booming artisan bakery community and their suppliers together.
At the 2019 show, an estimated 3,000 artisan bakers and 200 suppliers in more than 300 booths came together for three days to share their passion for the business. This unique opportunity allowed them to celebrate their industry, research new products, equipment, services and the industry’s best business practices and production techniques all under one roof!
This event is designed for the artisan baker offering fresh, un-packaged products sold through specialty retail bakeries, in-store bakeries, bakery cafés and other foodservice operations.
