State Competitions dates are now available.
The State Finalists will be flown to compete at the Baking Industry Trade Show in Sydney in 2025. The official announcement of National Winners will be made at the Excellence in Baking Awards Night!
The Tasmanian Excellence in Baking round (pastry) will be held at TasTAFE Devonport on November 19.
