Each year apprentice bakers and pastry cooks from all over Australia compete for the prestigious title in The Excellence in Baking.
State Competitions dates are now available.
The State Finalists will be flown to compete at the Baking Industry Trade Show in Sydney in 2025. The official announcement of National Winners will be made at the Excellence in Baking Awards Night!
The Qld Excellence in Baking round will be held at TAFE Qld Southbank on February 4, 2025.
