Each year apprentice bakers and pastry cooks from all over Australia compete for the prestigious title The Excellence in Baking.

The State Finalists will compete at the 2023 Baking Industry Trade Show in Sydney and the official announcement of National Winners will be made at the Excellence in Baking Awards Night, better known as A Night with the Champions!! This will be a prestigious night held at The Tea Rooms QVB, Sydney with special VIP guests to make the presentations.
