Two separate competitions are set to take place—The Bake Skills Australia National Pastry Chef Championships (11th & 12th September) and The Bake Skills Australia National Baking Championships (13th & 14th September)

Bake Skills Australia has always aimed to support quality, training and professionalism in baking, and that remains unchanged in 2023. The competition is specifically structured to showcase the talents of our younger generation of bakers and pastry chefs through the exposure gained each year at Fine Food Australia.
