A fantastic opportunity to network and to interact with baking industry professions is offered on the 19th October 2022 at Pullman Hotel, Albert Park – Melbourne. You won’t want to miss it!

Registration is at 8.30am for a 9.00am sharp start.
The ASB AGM is at 2.30 to 3.30pm

  • Karin Blacow – Commercial Food Sanitation L.L.C – Topic – How to take food safety to the next level and its impacts on shelf life.

  • Morgan Clementson – Topic – Äbout her National Baking Industry Scholarship Award prize to visit IBIE.

  • Q&A Session with the Founding Fathers on The changes to the Baking Industry over the last 50 years.

The Chairman’s Dinner will commence at 6.30pm, where we will announce the 2022 Australian Baking Industry National Scholarship Award Winner!

$5 from every ticket sold for the Chairman’s Dinner is donated to the ‘Sir David Martin Foundation’
