Returning once again in 2026 is the Baking Association of Australia’s (BAA) South Australian Baking Show.

Set to be held on May 16 from 9am-3pm at the Highway Hotel Function Centre in Plympton, the baking competition is shaping up to be bigger than ever before.

Once again the Australia’s Best Sausage Roll and Kitchener Buns competitions will also take place as part of the competition.
