The prestigious Excellence in Baking Competition Finals are happening in the Excellence in Baking competition arena as part of the Baking Industry Trade Show.
Then, the finalists and the grand final winners will be recognised at the Excellence in Baking Awards Dinner on Wednesday night. Bookings are essential for the awards dinner.
The Excellence in Baking Pastry Finals will be held on July 15, and the the Excellence in Baking Bread Finals will take place on July 16.
