The baking industry gathered in France in early February to celebrate Europain, the trade show featuring French and international suppliers to the baking, pastry, ice cream and confectionery industry.

Visitors to the show viewed the 21 nominees and seven winners of the New Products Award, which included three categories: manufacturing, managing and selling.
