CROFF BAKEHOUSE ANNOUNCES SECOND LOCATION

Perth’s Raine Square has revealed the soon-to-be newest dining addition to its precinct, with Croff Bakehouse’s impending arrival.

Set to open in July 2021, Raine Square customers will soon have the opportunity to try Croff’s infamous decadent croissants, among many of the local bakehouse’s other gourmet goods.

Founded in Perth, the artisanal bakehouse opened the doors to its first location on Barrack Street in January 2020 and has been warmly welcomed by Perth’s foodie scene. The new Raine Square croissanterie will mark the bakehouse’s second location.

Croff Bakehouse co-owner Harold Bong said that after an unprecedented 12 months he’s looking forward to opening a new Croff location in the heart of the Raine Square precinct.

“When looking at locations to open our second Croff Bakehouse location, it made sense for our artisan baked goods to be situated in close proximity among premium outlets, Harold said.

“In addition to this, Raine Square’s proximity to the city CBD makes an ideal area with plenty of foot-traffic to get the exposure we need for our brand to grow.”

Harold Bong developed Croff with Giselle Sim, after both leaving corporate jobs and pursuing their passion for baking. Using their home kitchen as testing ground for flavour combinations, they have developed a menu filled with specialty flavours and products—including the croffle, a hybrid croissant waffle.
