Coming Up: Melbourne Food And Wine Festival

Tickets are quickly selling out for the Langham Melbourne Masterclasses, an enticing line-up of pastry chefs from around the world, ready to share insights acquired across decades of devotion to their art.

Always a highlight of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, the masterclasses feature doughnut expert Justin Gellatly, French baker and food writer Éric Kayser and 2am:dessertbar’s globetrotting founder Janice Wong.

The Festival Artisan Bakery & Bar, in Queensbridge Square and manned by resident baker Tim Beylie, will also be a hub of activity. Adorned with lush plant-scaping and natural design, the 17-day-long pop up will be free to enter, offer dine in and takeaway options and stay open late.

The full line up of events, speakers and demonstrations is available at www.melbournefoodandwine.com.au.

The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival will kick off on Friday, February 27 and run until Sunday, March 15.
