The Arnott’s Group has announced the appointment of Alison Merner as the company’s Chief People Officer.

In the position Alison will lead the group’s People & Culture strategy across Australia and the Asia Pacific.

According to foodprocessing.com.au, there will be a strong focus on building capability, strengthening culture, and supporting the Group’s growth ambitions.

Alison has joined The Arnott’s Group from Endeavour Group, and has previously worked at Woolworths Group.

The Arnott’s Group chief executive officer George Zoghbi told foodprocessing.com.au, “with her strong commercial insights, strategic people leadership and inclusive approach, I’m confident Alison will play a pivotal role in the elevating of our business through the delivery of a high impact People & Culture function.”

Alison said she was excited to join The Arnott’s Group.
