2013 marks an impressive 20 years of Wood’s condiments in the Australian foodservice market. Established in 1985, the gourmet condiments were originally sold direct to weekend markets and local restaurants in and around Melbourne.
The brand’s reputation of the condiments being ‘as good as a chef would make’ quickly spread, however it wasn’t until 1993 the brand was sold via distributors into the wider Australian foodservice market; predominantly to top restaurants and premier venue caterers.
Today, Wood’s premium condiments continue to be made the way they always have; with care and attention, using the best quality ingredients.
