The 23rd edition of Sirha Lyon will see an unprecedented structural evolution of the tradeshow.
Aspects including the layout, organisation and visitor journey have all been restructured to help improve the clarity of the trade exhibition, streamline movement, and make it easier to identify the major market trends.
Among the new features will be the Hospitality Factory Hall, which is designed to bring together the worlds of catering, hospitality, interior design, and fit-out, as well as the expansion of the Liquid Hall. Other major sectors are set to be announced in the coming months.
