Set to be held from January 18 to 21, 2026, at Porte de Versailles in Paris, France, artisans, manufacturers, and distributors will gather to discover innovations, trends, and business opportunities at a trade show that embodies the fusion of tradition and modernity.

With more than 30,000 trade visitors expected, Sirha Bake & Snack confirms its position as the essential hub for shaping the future of bakeries and bakery-style restaurants.

The tradeshow will also play host to the Pastry World Cup, Bakery World Cup, French Schools Cup, and International Trophy of the French Pastry competitions.
