State Competitions dates are now available.
The State Finalists will be flown to compete at the Baking Industry Trade Show on the Gold Coast 2026. The official announcement of National Winners will be made at the Excellence in Baking Awards Night!
The New South Wales Excellence in Baking round will be held at TAFE NSW Hamilton Campus on November 26.
