
From January 16-20, 2026, the Foodservice industry’s eyes will turn to Rimini, Italy, as SIGEP WORLD gets underway.
Considered the benchmark for the entire foodservice industry, the event is expected to attract professionals from the gelato, pastry and chocolate, coffee, bakery, and pizza sectors.
All aspects of the industry will be covered at the five-day event, from products and ingredients to services, furnishings, technology and packaging solutions.
At the heart of SIGEP WORLD are a number of competitions, including the Gelato World Cup, Italian Barista Championships, National Competition of Baking Art, and Juniores Pastry World Cup.
