DESCRIPTION:Each year apprentice bakers and pastry cooks from all over Australia compete for the prestigious title in The Excellence in Baking \nState Competitions dates are now available. \nThe State Finalists will compete at the Baking Industry Trade Show in Sydney in 2023 with travel and accommodation provided courtesy of our sponsors. The official announcement of National Winners will be made at the Excellence in Baking Awards Night or better known as A Night with the Champions! \nThe Tasmanian Excellence in Baking competition 2022 will take place on 8-9 November at the TAFE Providores Campus.
