Aussie Pan’s brief was to design and manufacture an oven rack that eliminated the manual handling of storage of hot, heavy bread pan lids. From here, the Lidder Rack was born, a product that has been tested with great success.

The Lidder Rack’s advanced design allows for the use of several different size pans simultaneously. What’s more, it can be fitted with pick up gear to suit any rack oven.

One side lever raises and lowers the lids simultaneously and holds them in position until they are required – eliminating the need for additional storage space in the bakery.
