DESCRIPTION:The Baking Industry now has its very own trade show that allows everyone in the baking industry to gather and network. The Trade Show is filled with very important exhibitors and action packed demonstrations and competitions. \nScheduled for June 18-18\, 2026\, at the Gold Coast Turf Club in Queensland\, the 2026 show is already gearing up to be a bumper event. \nOnce again take the opportunity to talk to key expert exhibitors\, view the bakery live kitchens\, take part in the Baker’s Corner\, and then network at the Cocktail Party. \nAt the core of the event will be the enduring favourite competitions: the 2026 Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie Competition\, as well as the Artisan Baking Competition\, and National Donut Competition. Rounding out the jam-packed event will be the National Excellence in Baking Awards dinner. \nHosted every year by the Baking Association of Australia (BAA)\, the event is considered a highlight of the baking industry’s calendar.
