Black Cherry And Vanilla Buttercream

WHAT YOU NEED

100g unsalted butter. softened
270g icing (confectioners’) sugar, sifted
200g cream cheese, softened
100g sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or natural vanilla extract
60ml black cherry purée (about g large cherries. pitted. puréed and strained)

WHAT TO DO

Beat all the ingredients together for 3-5 minutes or until light and fluffy.
